Magnus Fridh

Magnus began meditating in his teens and has dived into the subject through studies in Tibetan Buddhism and university studies in indology. He teaches ashtanga yoga groups, mindfulness and meditation and is also one of the founders of the Mindfulness App. Magnus is the author of the book “Sleep – mindfulness and meditation in everyday life”, and “Being still when everything is in a hurry” (Bonnier Facts).
